My aluminium guy is back at work so I got piece folded up to make the rear floor.
330mm from back of the now flat cab back wall to tie in with the panel where the seat belt mounts fix.
That's it for today
Looks good - nice work flattening the back panel out - that's a good solution.
If you need to contact me please email homestarrunnerau@gmail.com - thanks - Gav.

A bit more fine tuning tonight
The seat is all the way back on standard runners, plenty of room left for the main hoop and cross braces
interesting thread fitzy - thanks for posting

Bit more work today, I riveted the new floor in, folded and riveted the bottom then on to the lower brackets.
The cross member has four brackets on it that in the wagon support the rear footwell and pick up the seatbelt mounting points, in a ute these brackets are reversed and pick up the lower cab base.
I left the original ones in place and have made some new ones to fix to the original, anyway a picture tells a thousand tales
Time to knock off and have a beer.

I spent the remainder of the day on dry fit of the cab back lower section, once it was torqued up there were a few adjustments.
Then finished off the lower brackets

Good work !!
That flat back definitely gains a heap of space.
I'm quite surprised - having a 130 single cab myself, I was sure it would need more than an extra 100mm to get the seat back to a normal angle and be able to fit a hoop and braces in there.
But that was in my head - yours is working in reality!!

						Thanks for the encouragement Steve.
Would you be able to do me a favour and take a picture of how the seatbelt reel mounts in your single cab?
Oh by the way did you buy a fairy overdrive for a lt95 off me about 10 years ago.
