I think you will find ford and holden trailer bearings are the same inside diameter its only the out side diameter

Correct, i just spoke to my brother who works for my dad who owns a bearing shop and he told me the part numbers to use to make it work - and best part, they are free !

use a holden on the inner bearing and a ford on the outer bearing, this is called a integral bearings (think its right) this gives you a load weight of 1200-1500kgs. where if you only use holden or ford you only get around 700-900kgs depending on which ones you use.

been looking at upgrading the camper axle and been advised to use the combo for better loading.

I had a trial fitting of the hubs yesterday using the holden bearings and the ford cups still in the hubs, they fit no probs my problem now is once i fitted a D1 rim with 245/70 bfg at there is only 5mm clearance from the spring eye hanger . And the spare new axle i have is 72" long which is too wide for my 6x4 trailer (would be ideal for a 7x5 though ) so it looks like i need a new axle after all.
