    12 Months on .......... the life of Caspa!

    The vehicle has done well with the only issue being a rear brake line which was damaged probably by a large rock or stick. The car is no longer white










    Local fishing and hunting trips sometimes have issues with tracks. They appear quite firm and solid. But once you go through the "crust" progress becomes slow....this bog took about 2 hours to get out of, however the next one wasn't as straight forward....so they called for help on their sat. phone. Only 5 k's from town...luckily. Friends came to the rescue.










    Their other Defender was also bogged. But this was winched out backwards.
    Such is life for Landrovers up North..

    You got me with the headlights Erich.

    Jumped in to drive to the airport and was sure I turned the headlights but but didn't see anything - until they warmed up.

    However I still couldn't find the tacho.

    You're lucky, last time I drove it in the dark the driver's side headlight didn't come on all the way to the airport. Sharon got in and it worked fine.
