I so pleased to see that six cylinder bulkhead turn up as they are a bit scarce.

Great to catch with you Denis and very much appreciate what you have done. Now I have an idea where you hide, I can pop in on my way back from the Sydney some time.

The Series 11A is in a very dry dark shed away from any harm whilst we are collecting much needed parts and we're still reorganizing a proper restoration area in the main workshop. Last thing I want to see happen is a full strip down and then get left for years.

Once we get started, we'll go through with the entire restoration till roadworthy again.

This will be much easier now we have moved houses as new location is only around twenty meters from the main workshop.

Some of our frequent visitors have put endless effort into making the area more user friendly too.

We still need door frames, door and window seals, window channels, perhaps a donor chassis. I have one from S111 Six that had a hard hit to RHS. Also need to track down a deluxe bonnet. (one with well for spare)

The rover six and all ancillaries will need freshening up so good for long running hours. Not sure if I'll take it on here or sub out.

The drive line is in very good shape thanks to last owners and brakes will need cylinders replaced/rebuilt just prior to finishing the project.

I have a Series 3 109 ex-mil chassis with only surface rust on it, very straight, not sure if you would want a military chassis though?? cheers Dennis
ps it is stored on it's side next to a shed n covered with black plastic and sitting on a couple of bricks to keep the metal off the ground, I haven't looked at it for some time, but I imagine it would be still very serviceable.

Just got my car trailer registered again. Looks like I need to drag it with us next visit to Sydney. Is there room to drop it off for a few days?

I'd take this to PM but PM box is very overfull.

Agree, bring the project on now we are so close to having a designated restoration bay in our workshop.

I can move next project into AYI's resting place, so all goes around in effect.

I have a deluxe hood that I will donate to the cause....its here in the USA but since I will be bringing all of my stuff home with me to Newcastle in the next 6 months (along with my 4 camel trophy trucks....) I'm sure I can bring it over..
P.S.... I still want to buy this truck if you wish to sell it..
