For the front you can get chassis mounted recovery points, they use the same bolts as your bullbar. I bought mine from 4x4intelligence but I believe they have since closed down.
For the rear you could look at jate rings that bolt through the same location as the towbar supports onto the chassis down beside the fuel tank.
I have the front chassis mounted points, will have front swivel mounts on the new bullbar, a tow bar recovery point on the rear and will have swivel mounts on the new rear bar too.
Personally I will only ever snatch from the chassis or tow bar mounted points for their additional strength and only use the swivel points on the bars for winching where your recovery is more controlled and not likely to rip the bars off etc.
