    Well it is now Queensland registered. Personalised plates have been bought but have not arrived yet so standard ones will live on there for now.

    And yes my head does hit the canvas top but if I slouch down a bit it is ok. That puts my knees somewhere around my ears though which hurts my buggered knees when I push the clutch in. Life is always full of compromises though .

    Will have a look at the brakes this afternoon hopefully and see if we take it away this weekend.

    i find restoring from the ground up alot better the just doing maintance sort of stuff

    I'm sure Guy has something leaf sprung stashed somewhere. Keep the Dunga Rangie going mate - it can compare to Matilda in what, 24 - 25 or so years?

    Yep the Fiat is leaf sprung and has been going through a ground up restoration since I got it in about '87 may get it finished, but the body is well buried at the back of the shed. I think this already has the 25+ years on Matilda.

    Ah Scallops I try not to go Dunga style - you need to see others for that.

    Back on topic, sorry Tim - hopefully we'll see it out at the weekend.
