    Hebe is back

    Hi everyone,

It's been a long time since I was on this forum. My daughter was ill but as you can see below she is feeling much better.

Hebe, my 1958 88" has gone through a few changes. You can see the full story on my website www.landroverseries.org

    Take care,

    Kris

Not sure what year this is.

This was left behind by a neighbour who sold his property and said we could have the S1.

186 Red motor - runs like a dream and a real work horse as you can see.

Wife is away, & it seems Lionel has a new shed mate, just arrived a couple of weeks ago. 1955 107" pick up. He has been named Thomas & has a lovely worn patina, but mechanically is excellent - 2.00 spread bore & on the flat & down hill goes like a rocket. Shown in camping mode which we (I) shall be doing a lot of. Did find last night that the swag is short on space when the dog wants to share!!

    Cheers Nigel

    On top of the curve

The pads for where the spare wheel sit's on the bonnet are the same as for our 'HECter', IMHO they are in the wrong place and that allows the wheel to put too much pressure in the middle of the curve of the bonnet.
