Good god man. With that degree of attention it is already better than new. Any minor imperfections are nothing but character flaws.

    Hi
    in a word retired
    of late just tired
I have had no formal training, just the School of hard knocks
make a mistake, fix it, paint it, stuff it up, rub it down again. start again.

    Seats

    Hi All

Once again thanks to Wayne for his help in posting photo's
In 2007 when I was in U.K. I bought from Exmoor Trim a 109 Tilt and seat backs, and seats, foam and covers.
I packed them into a suitcase and brought them home thanks to the luggage allowance. Two years before I bought 2 tilts a 80 and 88 home the same way.
In those days if you traveled through U.S.A. you could have up to 64 Kgs in 2 cases per person.
If I bought them today I would have has them posted home for same money.
I made the wooden seat bases myself, just about the limit of my woodworking ability.
    cheers
