No it's a SIIa hardtop roof cut down into a truck cab. The rear wall is the side wall of the hard top.

    How do you tell.
    • Series 1 roofs have a gal nose that overhangs the top and side of the windscreen without a front gutter.
    • The series II/IIA/III roofs have a gal gutter that goes around the front of the screen.
    • Series 1 windscreens are wider at the top than SII/SIIa/SIII roofs. Remember that S1 walls are vertical and overhang the top of the tub by about 1/2" each side, while the SII/SIIa?SIII taper in at the top.

You won't find me on: faceplant; Scipe; Infragam; LumpedIn; ShapCnat or Twitting. I'm just not that interesting.

Well I called the guy again to find out when I could pick it up and he left me a phone message to tell me he'd sold it to someone else...

Last talk we had he was going to call me in a couple of days, about 3 weeks ago now, to tell me his dad's final price. He said someone turned up one day and offered him cash on the spot- $420.

    A little disappointed.

I'm very happy with how tidy it is.
The reinforced axles are, I think, part of the military specs.
I posted more pics of both here:
