					You can get cheap facet pumps off ebay.
 
 Looks like it has either rangie diffs or disco ones (dual lines to front caliper) and it also looks like a stage 1 steering relay (I could be wrong)
 
 The pump you are describing sounds like the stage 1/early rangie type like this

 It did drive all right at the start and does stop well. Will have to fix the burnt wire from the alternater first. will do that today and go for a drive up the street, will let you know

					So where's the update?  
 
 I'm rather intresting in this vehicle still after seeing it.  Lots of potential, but also may generate a few problems.  I'm hoping the latter never comes.
