You would have to enquire with the manufacturer if the four leaf set is simply a three leaf set with an extra leaf.

Yeah the 4 leaf set is just the 3 leaf set with the added 4th in it..They only do the 2 leaf or 3 leaf & the 4 leaf pach is just the 3 leaf pack with the heavy duty leaf added to it..I do know that much..

Hi Banjo,

I have just had a look through your thread and saw that you did fit a new set of conventional leaf springs to your wagon a few pages back. Why did you replace with parabolics? I couldn't find where a bouts in the thread you made the decision to take the conventional new set out or why you did it. Hope you can get the Rocky Mountain Para's working well.

Yeah the spring i brought where the same as what i have on the green one & Harry..The green ones front shackles are vertical still after 4 years on the road the springs are set with way to much arch & the rears you have to use military shackles but the springs still sag to the point they are lower then the front with NO load in or on the car..There crap.MAX TRAX never use them.Yep sorted out what to do with the parabolics & driveshaft hitting..

Have you cut the bottom of the loop out ??

As these spring give a much greater travel up & down in articulation i will be cutting the bottom so it gives room at full tilt..Just remember any metal thats been cut out must be replaced to make engineer happy..

Ok not much to report..
Got the new clutch for Harry



Now with the driveshaft loop i'll be cutting the bottom off & putting another bit in but on an angle..This is'nt the bit but it shows what i mean.

Rear shocks are in.





I think i'll cut the very bottom off the rear shocks. Theres just a poofteenth between them & the springs..



A couple of new toys.

Ok ive done a little bit..Old seats are out new seats are in..Not bolted in yet but in anyway..

There just sitting there





Got the old runner Brackets off & moded them to suit these seats..

I love the new welder



















Put some shade shelter up , Screwed this one to the shed..

OK this is what i did yesterday & today .

OK so remember when i put the suspension in & the rear DRIVESHAFT was hitting the loop..Well not now its all sorted & fixed..Heres the pics & theres a few as i could'nt realy get a very good pic . Pretty much self explanatry.. BUT theres lots of room now & its not lower then standard..

Attacked it with the grinder
