The seal in the back of the transfer case. Need to replace that and also check the sealing surface on the drive member and either replace or speedi sleeve it if it needs it. 
Drop the tailshaft, put the handbrake on and remove the large nut in the middle while you have the handbrake to stop it from turning, remove the handbrake drum and backing plate, remove the drive member, change seal, clean it all up and replace shoes if they are too oily and then put it all back together. You can use a felt seal same as the axle drive members in there as well.
