I'm thinking of converting the green one to A holden V6 as the 202 takes so long to warm up & Karen is going to use it as an everyday car once hers runs out of rego. & the green one has a worked engine with holley 350 & will be expensive to run as everyday car..So i'm going to make an adapter for the V6. I dont think it will be to hard to make...

Or i could put the black 202 fuel injection on it & which may be ok & wont take as long to warm up..
If Karen uses as is & drives while the choke is on to warm up she will for sure snap an axle for sure....

I do this ok but i dont let the clutch out as quick as karen while on warm up & i dont drive everywhere like i was sposed to be there yesterday or last week...

Mate you got me back to front. I am impressed at how quickly you've got things done despite the limited amount of time you have to do it!

OK now i have a delema.. when i built the green one & got it finished it never sat level it always sat down in the rear..So i put new springs on it & still the same it sat down in the rear..It had all standard spring shackles on it so i put a set of military ones on the back..That sorted it out & got it all level again..

Well the MILITARY shackles Steve sent me are all military & i noticed the front ones are longer than the rear ones..Well the delema is if i use these shackles will it sit level as i have fitted the same spring to Harry as whats in the green one & if it sits down in the rear I cant realy put longer shackles on the rear..

Now in this pic you can see the front diff is higher than the rear..
& the rear shackles that i put on just to put the springs in with are what came on harry & i looked at then next the the military ones & the military ones are just a tad shorter..& after putting the military ones up against the the front ones that came on it & they look like cut down military ones..
Im worried once i put all the military ones on that its going to sit so low at the rear..I think it maybe the brand of springs we brought (MAX TRAX)..
I still have the old ones off Harry so im going to see if they have the same arch or if they have a bigger arch if they do i'll have to get them reset & use them..But when i got a price to have them reset it was cheaper to buy new thats why i put the new ones in...
PLUS when the tray goes on it WILL sit down as that thing is so heavy..

Anyone got any suggestions or advice..

    Hey a couple of Questions

Are the drive shafts the same as a standard series 3. there not longer are they..

& do the military or 1 tons use the same shocks as a civi 1 or are they longer as well..

& the rubber brake hoses are they longer to suit the chassis ..

Hi Banjo, I'm glad the stuff got to you without any probs, I'm pretty sure that your Chasis is the same as the military one, so check the REMLR site, It might have some useful info, particularly ask Diana or Uncle Ho or JNSW, they should have the answers you need. If we could find a cheep way of transport I could give you the springs, shockers, diffs etc. as well.
