    Now that's been sorted out, which type was the strongest? According to Overland Expedition tour companies that cared to comment on such matters, the Series Two 4 piece design was the better.

    that will depend on how much soil and water has entered the chassis, i've just scrapped a 1980's chassis (88" four corner one) due to there being at least two inches of clay sitting inside it, all that was stopping it folding in half was the clay i think
