Mine passed very easy - I worked on it for about 5 months to get it ready for roadworthy. I also had to get the engine conversion blue plated which worried me a little but was a five minute tick and flick, rivet on the blue plate and hand over $200 cash.
Oh and my gearbox leaks like a sieve
but I had it inspected by a person who knows old landrovers so understands the inherent issues with them.
All my suspension bushes are good and swivel seals are good as well. Swivel seals are not a hard job. Suspension bushes can be painful...just need patience!
