    Hi Dark61

Looking at your first pic, if this is of your gearbox you already have the little L bracket to activate the reverse switch, its held in with the bolt that adjusts the reverse plate (attached to the reverse shaft)
All you need now is the switch that attaches to the gearlever bracket and two feed wires.
I believe one will go to the reverse lights and the other comes from the fuse box for power position number 8.
Attached pic may help, its a little rough though.

    Hope this helps

Thanks Mate -that's useful. It always makes more sense to me to see an image of something rather than just a description. I was missing:
Spring/retainer plate/circlip/ two bolts (front of bracket)/ spring washer and the top cover plate and rubber seal for the Bell housing. I couldn't see a part number for the last two anywhere - I've taken a chance on a couple of parts that Craddock had which sounded OK but which unhelpfully , didn't come with an image attached. If they turn out to be no no's - I'll have a go at making them up myself. Hopefully my 75 Diesel will have them in situ and I can just copy them. It doesn't seem that complicated. Do you give everything a good greasing when you put it all back together or leave it be?

    thanks again,
    D
