Just this summer, I can sometimes feel heat coming from in front of the instrument cluster (ie speedo, etc). This sometimes is annoying on a hot day when you have the airconditioning on.

Any ideas where the heat is coming from?

I have had the same problem, I just bypassed the heater so no hot water was flowing through the heater core. I went for a drive and this made a big difference but still heat through the tunnell. I will be installing a heater tap which has be posted in previous posts.

with the tunnel heat , on mine i through out the ash trays and packet it with insulation and made some covers to put where the ash trays were
to hold the cover down i made up a hook ? to go under the cubbe box and over the tunnel cover, that is the silver thing
