    I have a Defender 1988 that has a disco engine , the 3.9.
i installed a supercharger to it, but i still want more power, what NOS system do you think is the best for my case, and will the car hold that NOS system along with the .5psi supercharger?

    .5psi?

shim the heads out a little and the stick a smaller wheel on the super to give it some more squeeze...

The rover v8 I suspect wont like NOS all that much

Where are you located? Nitrous is outright illegal on street cars in Qld. Likewise the supercharger installation will need an authorised person's approval and a mod plate.

The supercharger is very difficult to engineer Especially when LPG is mixed with it in my case.

As for NOS, like you Brian, I really have my doubts with legality on road.

Just pinch some from the local Dental practice and give it a sniff like the A Team used to

Maybe you mean 0.5Bar (approx 7PSI)?

NOS is a great fuel if you tune it properly…heaps of power but it needs a heap of petrol thrown in too.
I'm fairly sure you will be reaching the limit of the stock injectors, so you will probably need to install another injector which is hooked up to fire when the NOS does……id recommend speaking to your engine tuner.

Id also suggest that you could destroy the rover bottom end with the extra power!
