I think it was the small plastic line from the top of the radiator to the overflow bottle.

Like all hoses just looking isn't enough.
Give them a light rigle and look for signs of coolant weaping at the joins and next to the hose clamps.

I broke this line not so long ago when working on the toy
Ended up using 5/16 auto transmition cooler rubber hose, no briitle pipe now

A coolant weap from the water pump tell tale hole.
Broken heat shield at the lower mounting point.

small coolant hose under turbo (cost me an engine)
