ERR 4575 is the crank seal, ERR4576 is the outer timing case seal to balancer.
An Oring from a Toyota Hilux/ cruiser etc Diesel fuel filter sensor will fit. Use a little sealant too if you like.
I use the crank gear (reversed and slid down the crank) to push the seal in square. Use the crank bolt and washer with some spacers and screw it in.
Be very careful that the bore where the seal fits is undamaged during the seal removal process. Don't ask me HOW I know about this....
