    Anyone rebuilt a power steering pump 200tdi

    Hi guys

    Has anyone ever rebuilt a defender 200tdi power steering pump? The 90's one has let go Ian has a seal kit for it but he said when he looked at the manual it said specialist rebuild only.

    Are specialist tools needed for this?

    No special tools Lou apart from a good vise, rubber grease, a small bearing puller and cleanliness

    Much cheaper than a new one, plus its fun
