hmmmm....I thought I read somewhere that you could take a propshaft to a propshaft builder and get them to put bigger unis in????I dont think just fit in new unis but rebuild the shaft.... will have to do some more digging???

A method I sometimes employ that usually works to get grease to flow out of all 4 or 8 caps is to place a bottle jack under the propshaft and lift slightly after rotating the shaft till a UJ cap is facing downwards, pump the grease in both unis, then rotate the shaft 90 degrees and grease again, and so on until you have greased at all 4 at 90 degree intervals.
The slight load from th jack tends to seal the upper cap and slightly open up the clearance between the lower cap and the uni journal thus reducing the restriction that prevents the grease to flow out.
    Wagoo.
