    D2 Vs D1 turning circles?

    Iv'e changed over from a D1 to an ES D2 ,
the other day I has making a "U" at a particular spot where previously I could swing around it in the D1.

But to my amazement when trying it with the D2 is did not complete it in one go as in the D1.
Is the turning circle that much different, or is this because of all the leveling suspension gear etc? It was a bit scarey as having to make as having to make a 3 point turn with trafic coming at you.

The D2 turning circle is worse. Has to do with the CVs.

It sounds like you still have original length steering stops, from memory they are approx 28 mm long. just unscrew them cut 5mm off the hex bit & screw them back in. Do a search for D2 steering stops to confirm measurements, doesn't matter if you have 16" or 18" wheels. but if wider tyres may be an issue.if you cut too much off just put a washer under the stop.
