Hi,
I am in the process of replacing the conrod and main bearings in my 3.9 and was wondering if there are any tips on replacing the rear main oil seal after the crankshaft has been out?

My workshop manual recommends that an aligning tool be used to insert the seal and cautions against touching the seal lip etc. I've no idea where I could get the relevant alinging tool - so hope somebody can help me with some "how to" advice. Would hate to bodge the job and have a leak when the engine is put back in the vehicle.
