You might be better putting this in the Series 3 section or tech to get better exposure, however I would have thought 100,000m (160,000km) is a bit low to start having major issues with a LT95 transfer case.
So by "upgraded" do you mean tapered roller bearings or higher gearing. Not sure of the former - they do come up from time to time.
If the second - out of a wrecked RR or most aftermarket landie suppliers in Aust can get them 4wds in Melbourne advertise them in their catalogue but they are exoensive.
