Checked all that when I had the wheels off to replace the shockers a couple of weeks ago.
Pads almost brand new and secure in the calipers, I shook and rattled every damned thing I could find under the rig and couldn't find a thing that rattled or bumped.
A little test drive today will tell if those struts were the culprits.

Another day, another bother.
I jacked the disco up and put her on stands, I removed the wheels, hit things with a rubber hammer, I shook it, I bounced it, I kicked its tires and threatened to light a fire.
STILL it makes that same damned annoying sound.

I give up, it works. It's hot, I'm bothered, it's BEER OCLOCK!

On the 110, investigated a pulsating brake pedal. As suspected, RH rear brake drum, recently renewed, was assembled with some dirt behind it so that it was slightly tilted.

Welded up the crack round the front diff pan - for the third time!

Put all new bottom door rubbers on

Removed radiator, intercooler, EGR and replaced all radiator hoses & intercooler hoses.
Checked radiator and intercooler both clean as a whistle.
Fitted new crank seal and harmonic balancer bolt.
Replaced coolant.

Did some door alignment adjustment on the 110.

Such a satisfying thing when all the doors close without the need to take a run-up first :D

Hi, was this on the 110? if so where did you get the door rubbers from? I have been looking around for these.

Put new offroad lights in the bar.Attachment 66368 the little lights beside the shackles

Replaced a headlight that caught a rock a few nights back.

I am interested in your recovery points. Is this a D1 or 2 and does it have SRS?
