After a new recipe for moulding sand, and monitoring the temperature to 750C ,
Attempt no 3 turned out perfect..!!

Installed now, all OK.

just replaced the kick down cable in the 110, of course it started raining again as i dropped the valve body[working on the driveway], now the fun task of adjusting the cable at the pump:):)

After finally getting over the flu I put my EGR replacement onto my L322.
Took about an hour to do. Havent taken her for a spin yet.
