Thread: What did you do on your Landy today?

Ive been looking for a remote head UHF to put in my D2 - and as luck would have it i stumbled across one for sale at a local market for just $70 - GME TX3420. Thought it was too good to be true, but installed it this weekend and works perfectly. Full 80ch, plus programmable RX channels so Ive already put the local Police, Fire and Ambo channels in. I was looking at these on ebay, and they were over $270 for a good second hand one, so im pretty chuffed. Sold at the markets by the original owner, even came with the original box, fittings. Works perfectly - i think where i mounted it seems the best spot.

Fencing.

Installed some new IPF spot lights.

Replaced the rear fog light with a second reversing light. I rarely drive in fog, but reverse in the dark all the time and one light was not enough.

Interesting you say that..

I'm currently working on the tooling design to make this fit D4 and RRS with 3.0l brake set ups..

Available colour coded as well, mill finish etc.

Also going to offer custom offset option - std +53 or slightly better at +42mm

Rated and certified at 1250kg each...
