Mate if you choose not to sell it I have got a good centre diff you can have cheap if you want.
Not hard to do I wonder if the bolts on the low range gear have come undone?

This is the damage I found so all that noise was the spider gears inside the cdl. there is alot of damage inside the casing as well

how and what the hell where you doing to do that i have a stage 1 and i have full rev launched multiple times in first gear low with a strap hooked to a landcruiser and didnt even look like braking any thing had to pull the cruiser out side ways was in a bog half way up the doors wasnt fun

Yes, this seems to be a favourite failure for that gearbox. It sounds like lots of high-strength Loctite, (maybe 603?), or even wiring the bolt heads is required. There's a thread in Member's Rides where Stirlingsilver had this happen and I think it actually blew a hole in the side of the gearbox housing.
I also bought all new bolts for mine . . . though it's been a couple of years and I haven't actually put it back together yet!

well the update is i still have no centerdiff. stage 1 sitting in drive waiting to be driven. pls help been regoed a month and driven less than 30 k's
