Absolutely no reason for not doing it.
Personally found that a short piece of 1/4" micro tubing with a 'goofy' plug do the trick (pre-heat in warm water to ease installation). Can get these at any irrigation store.

Hi,
Having removed the EGR Valve, is there any reason that I cannot completely remove the EGR Modulator and all EGR Vacuum Tubing and apply a rubber blanking plug to the T-piece in the Brake-Servo tubing to maintain the integrity of the braking system?
Any advice greatly appreciated.
Cheers,
David

Thats exactly what I did. Bought the blanking ends in a pack of 5 from Repco.
You will get a couple of fault code permanently set on your Nanocom or Hawkeye.
Cheers Nino.
