BFG KM2 Vs Dick Cepek Mud Country

Hi all, has anybody got any views on these 2 tyres. Local Bob Jane thinks the Mud Country are better in all respects. They are a little dearer as well.

I would be interested to hear of any opinions.

i have had KM2 on the rear for the best part of 12 months, seem to be holding up......keep in mind my rig is a tourer and i haven't really had them in mud or tough off road conditions, all good on the hi-way

I've had BFG KM2's on my Defender for the last 65,00km's - they've easy got another 30-40,000km's in them still. When it comes time for new ones, I'll be getting another set of the same! Awesome tyres, low highway noise, excellent mud, sand, gravel and rock performance. As far as I'm concerned they're one of the best true "all round" tyres out there.

Haven't had any experience with the Mud Country.

    Hope that helps!

I run BFG km2 33x10.5 great tyres . The big dicks look the goods tho and 3 ply sidewall would be a plus but there 33" are all too wide

Thanks so far guys. Yes I reckon the KM2's are the ducks guts but the big chunky DC's look good too and get great reviews in the US. I will let you know what I end up with.

Another vote for the KM2's here. Only done 6KKM on them, but they are quiet on the road, and great in the mud.

I'm another KM2 fan, even though I only use them for play and swap back to others for day to day driving. Great in mud, great for sandstone steps.
