    This has even surprised me..... worst effort from Austpost that I have ever seen and the Alice is served by flight from Brisbane 3 times weekly and all other capitols Daily.
    7 to 9 days is disgraceful.
    Mad!
    Just another of many reasons local business are losing out to overseas.

    Pffft! I can beat that - two weeks for eight spark plugs to get here by Express Post from Broome, 400kms away.

    I should say that otherwise Express has been very good, but there's always that one time when it isn't.

    Mike, when you get the Isuzu in, carry every gasket and hose and belt and filter that you can, because this is what happens when you don't.

    It's pot luck with Oz Post.

    I've posted a parcel from here in the middle of nowhere, NSW to Mum in The Alice, normal parcel post and she picked it up at Alice Springs PO the next day
    The stars obviously aligned that day/night.

    Can't recall now, but I think it was some Landy bits too, probably a TD5 injector harness.
