Ended up bleeding another 500ML of fluid through - got no air but pedal seems better. Replaced front pads and went through a slow bed in process. Pedal is now better than it has ever been BUT.......

LHF caliper now leaking between the two halves!!!!!!!! Bloody LANDROVERS

Waiting for a new one coming from the UK! Have also ordered Stainless Steel PFTE brake lines.

The modulator wasn't touched on the D2 Just about everything else was changed for the D2a: the master cylinder, front calipers, and ABS programming.
