Check your rotoflex doughnut, i know mine is coming up for replacement and its causing vibes at around 80-100kph - worse in reverse.
My '97 auto diesel D1 has developed a vibration when travelling at 100-110 km/hr. Have had the tires balanced (way out) and discovered a bubble in one (rear) and the vibration is less but still noticeable, through the body and the wheel. Sometimes notice it more when lifting off throttle at highway speeds.

Also check that your tyres are actually round.
If you're getting bubbles in tyres they sound like they are pretty old. I've had old tyres that are out of round and while they balance up OK, they shake/vibrate on the road.

I second SteveG, if they are Maxxis AT (751?) get rid of them. I had a set and they went egg shaped after 3 years. Still plenty of tread. There are photos on here somewhere.
