    Ashcroft LT230 ATB CDL

    Hi Guys
    Looking at biting the bullet and going with Defender ratios in my D2 transfercase.Whilst Im in there I need to consider the CDL,many of you running the Ashcroft ATB CDL???? Can you still lock them manually and is it a DIY or Mechanic instal????
    How do they perform???

    Andy, they are the same as the original system as far as cdl goes, they are just an LSD instead of open so no backlash and shunting between front and rear output when unlocked.

    As regards your bits, no info as yet I'm afraid. I will chase them up Monday.
