we have some workshop manuals in the download center for free download, so have a look if they are there before you buy anything. Otherwise the manes manuals aren't too bad.

As for the wheels, they are suitable, as long as they don't have low profile tires on them. The only downside is that if damaged they can't be bent back into shape roughly to get home, but for anything but month long treks, the alloys should be fine.

You might find that taking a look at ebay is also worthwhile if you can't find what you want as far as manuals go.

I just picked up the Rave Manual on CD for my Disco 2... It's awsome!! so much information - wiring diagrams, workshop manual, recall info - you name it.

My original plan was get it on CD and print it on the office printer ( as reading a CD on the side of the road can be awkward 8O ) But as the workshop manual alone is over 1600 pages... I'm thinking I'd better be selective about what I print... but hell... CD only cost me $9.95..... The boss won't mind if I print another couple of thousand pages

Just a thought if you can't find what you need for free.....

I have alloys and have used them in almost all conditions.
Apart from them getting scratched they have been fine.
