Well in that case the idea would be reliability. Keep the motor fairly tame with the rebuild, then bolt on a supercharger. Few pounds of boost should give you what I think you want.

Then again "pets" tend to become scary monsters with biggish turbo, intercooler and connections with the intake to a blue bottle. They also not properly setup lead to financial disaster and a pile of broken parts however the ones that are setup right go like crackers producing a maniacal grin that is hard to remove.

If it was me I'd be looking at performance, reliability, performance, cost, performance and ease of maintenence. Oh and performance. [img]style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.gif[/img]

It's not me so reliability, cost, maintenece and reliability, then performance.
