Well i suppose its a case of i should not, but i have to in this case. i might keep looking at ways to store it behind the front seat. It might fit.

Mate I like the thinking behind the idea, but what do you do with it on the way to the bush, be careful also as bush tracks - any place that is open to and used by the public is fair game as far as the Australian Road Rules go, insurance - both personal injury and comprehensive would have a field day with it.
I mount mine on the back door off the wheel mounting ill try and get a pic,
Mate id hate to see some copper write you up for it - as its protudes from the front of vehicle and blocks the headlight. A lot of grief for something you might think about changing before you get pinged.
