The (original) trans cooler is not plumbed via the radiator in my '93 V8 D1. Not had an issue with the trans getting hot offroad ... as yet. low 90's is the worst I have seen so far in some very rugged spots/hot days.


Usually runs about 50-55 at over 80km/hr, 70 in town/traffic
