    Only if they were intermittently open circuit. Connect your ohm meter across them and wiggle the leads etc. If the meter doesn't indicate an open circuit, then they are probably OK.

    I'd suspect the pump relay or pump.

    i have seen lots of faulty pumps but never experienced faulty wiring.

    how have you actually tested the pump assembly?
    what procedure did you use?

    the insulation was holding the end of the thingys
    together just enough that when i hit a bump/stopped
    it failed!
    i cut a bit of the insulation of and re-soldered the joint!
    bingo!

    thanks ron! next time i'll go straight to the horses mouth!

    tie the wires with something so they dont move or vibrate so as it doesnt happen again, if you havent already done so.
