Why just a 1" lift. I would have thought it would not be much more expense or work to do a 2" lift??
I just bought a 1" lift kit from Graeme Coopers and will be installed in the morning, when I lower the bosy back onto the reno'd chassis.

too much work in a 2" lift, lift is only really to make sure the body clears the TDI I am installing.
There is enough play in the seat belt mounts etc for 1" but not 2".
This vehicle already has 2" spring lift and will only be running 32" MT.
Once I do the Ute conversion, then this will get the LRA 2.5" lift kit as well as their Ute panels for a 4 door.
