    I haven't actually taken it off the door pillar to look, only got as far as loosening off to see if a repo would fix.

    thanks for fixing the picture ops:
    the pin can't be removed easaly
    i have 1 new striker after the old
    one met a drill and a hammer while
    in my workbench vice ops: :roll:

    Apart from the original point of the posting. How many ppls have stuffed up good pairs of duds on the bloody things

    I reckon i've done in about 20 pair over the years in 3 beasts.
