Lightforce DL230 HTX
Hi all,
Has anyone got any experience, thoughts, comments etc on the lightforce HTX lights which are a combination of LED and HID? - Lightforce
They are bonkers expensive but I have always felt that lights are about the last place you should skimp on.
I know there is a lot of banter around fyrlyts with the colour temperature etc. I have spent too many hours on tractors with HID worklights and always found if there was a combination of HID and halogen that the difference in colour was annoying. Given my D4 has the xenon lights I can see it giving me the proverbial.

Your D4 with Xenon lights has a HID primary whilst the high beam is Filament based...
You will not see the difference with Fyrlyt against the headlights.
Those ridiculous Light Farce things are a 170 reflector for the HID and a few useless LEDs...
Having seen them in action I'd suggest avoiding.
Fyrlyt 5000s will more than do the job, 9000s will take it to another level all together.
And without the glare or poor CRI.
