					Hi, was looking at this below winch on Ebay does any one have any experience with them and will they fit a TJM winch mount steel bar if I use the TJM cradle?

No winch should be run continuously. To safeguard your winch when using it to pull your vehicle from either dry bogs or wet bogs you should run it for 10 or 15 seconds at a time. 					Having watched this guys auctions before it will get to the relms of buying straight from Repco.
He seems to have an uncanny ability  8O  to get his bids up in time to save him losing money.
Another point, the 12000 are hard to fit in a Disco chassis.  so best to check, I know the similar winch badged OX by TJM wont fit the discovery.
Seriously, consider a 9000/9500, less weight over the nose and for some reason the winch below comes with 27mtrs (88ft) of cable, my M10000 Warn had more than that.
Its better to have slightly less power and more reach IMHO  
 
Its always law, if you have 30mtrs of cable the tree is 34mtrs away  :wink:
