SubscriberJust ordered a Karcraft front diff protecta for the 03 Xtreme, but they dont do a rear one as its a different diff, who does? Davis's dont either just cut and shut the disco model 8O , so would prefer one designed specifically for the fender, pics would be great, thanks.

Subscriberyep, that seems to be the problem, Salisbury front and Rover rear, so I need a guard to fit a Rover (I think :roll: )

Is the rear diff housing the same as the front, ie; round centre not a different shape, the Salisburies have the back plate bolted to them and are much larger and different shape than the Rover diffs.
If you rear looks like the front then you have rover diffs front and rear like a rangie, disco or D90.
If thats the case then the same protector should fit front and back, unless you have a D2 disco with the watts link :roll:

Subscribertried to buy a protector from MR Auto last Friday and they tell me that they are two different diffs, cant remember which is which, will post some pics later, I JUST WANT A SET OF DIFF PROTECTORS.

Buggered if I know now, the rear although it's deffinately not a Salisbury looks somewhat different to the front :?
Mine are same F & R, as I thought Rangies and 90 are, I also thought the TD5 Defenders were too 8O
Just goes to show you, you know what thought thought 8O 8O :roll:
