They are not sleeved. Turner Engineering are offering a way of saving a block that's been bored to the max by them boring & fitting sleeves to get it back to STD.
Parts are available to rebuild **itpart supply pistons and I'm sure Bearmach would as well. Plus there is the option of NOS if you are lucky. and an engine rebuilding company can often locate older parts through their network. Shell bearings are much the same.
200TDi's are more difficult to source parts for, 300TDi's are OK including replacement heads (haven't heard of any issue with replacement heads).
Another option is a s/h engine that someone else has removed to fit an alternative engine. An element of luck here as it's difficult to know the condition of the internals without stripping down.
