Aha! I thought so, this is why I asked.

    Anyhow, RAVE says 45Nm.
Do you have RAVE(repair manual) good to get a copy. Easy reference to most torque figures up near the start of the pdf file, and handily listed in alphabetical order.

Strangely tho, the one item missing from the nut/bolt torque values is the fan belt tensioner for the TD5. Listed on the V8 in the D2 section and listed for the TDi ... so I assume it'd be the same value.

Don't think you need to change the bolt, happy to be corrected, but you do need to change the copper washer. Careful, many washers purporting to be copper are steel with a copper coating. Don't trust, use a magnet.

Should be able to re-anneal the washer.

Yes. Cherry red and all that. Provided it isn't scored.

Probably generic. Worth a try at least.

Can see why the washer on that bolt needs replacing Td5 timing chain advice
Does anyone know name or part number of this bolt?
Was trying to get it off the td5 sitting around outside here but can't get its harmonic balancer bolt off to access timing gear. It's just a block sitting around Td5 timing chain advice
Mine was found with no thread left Td5 timing chain advice
