    Just bought the ones on ebay It was the bent ones I wanted wasn't it Oh well, nothing that a bit of heat and a sledge won't fix.
    I was quoted $110 to have the rad rodded, sound reasonable??

    they are cranked, the pic just doesnt show it....

    I noticed a pair with the cranked handles elsewhere on their site....and a set of 22 carot gold plated ratchet wrenches I'll have to get me a set of those for Christmas

    spanners,,

    Yeah all the extras add up. $260 for him to do the lot, remove, rod out and replace, but seeing as I like playing with my cars I'm going to do the bits I can do.

    another option.....if you have a grinder....
    get a cheap spanner (but a good quality one) from the markets ro trash and treasure.....
    then if its doesnt fit just grind the head down a bit thinner till it just fits in the gap......

    i once bought some stahlwille spanners from a trash and treasure market.....
    i think i got about six or seven spanners for $20.....the smallest of which would have been about 30mm......
    to buy those back then would have cost well over $80 each new......these didnt look like they had been used much.....

    our auto electrician took one and modified it for this exact job.......

    When you go to work on it, cut some cardboard to size, and tape it over the radiator before you start, will stop most of the damage to the fins...
