    The Custom Extra (or Xtra) Grips are made by Rhoden, Olympic and a couple of other manufacturers. I've seen them anywhere from $140 - $200 per tyre. Usually they have to order them in.

    ill be running olympic steel treks soon they are the same as the army run on there 110,s
    i had them years ago on a series 3 shorty and i use to swap them on to the rangie for weekends i thought they worked a treat

    so il be running them on my defender when they arrive ive been told they are worth (cost) $240.00 a tyre which arnt cheap

    i got mine thru a forum member for a better price (ive been sworn to not reveal the price)

    MRF also do their Sandmaster in 7.50-16. Michelin style and build at Indian pricing!

    There is a sound that is just as sweet Bar-Treads (Conventional) at 100 kph on a Series and if you are tired enough they can lull you to sleep you usually wake up after the 3rd guide post and they handle just as diabolically on wet bitumen under brakes
