    I would replace that rubber hose while the manifold is off, it has had the heat on it for ???? how long and it would be false economy to not replace it, just bung it in the tool box as a spare,same with the studs & nuts, Heat == Fatigue == SNAP it's not worth the grief.

    I know Im tired..

    I looked at that pic for about a minute trying to count the manifold ports...

    1,2,3,4 cool its a 2.25 header.. no hang on thats not right...

    1.2.3.4.5.6... ahh the old 6 pot shot the exhaust vavle, nope theres something not right here..

    zoom the pic to full screen put fingers on ports 1,2,3,4,5 ports... what the hell is this a jo..... ahhhh td5, nuff nuff...

    hows the surrelity at your end?

    No chip, 140 000 K's, all stubs still in tact but nut was missing from rear stud. been 3 days and still trying to get the last stud out, (hey its hot and i have lots of beer)
